The venue has an auditorium to hold the Technical and Commercial Seminars equipped with sound system, screen and video data projector that can be used by every exhibiting company for 40’.
Limited spaces available. The auditorium seats 80 people.

Two booth rental packages for a better choice |
Basic Booth Rental Package: AR$ 985.00 + VAT per sq. meter*
The package includes booth space rental and demarcation, paneling, standardized exhibitor signs, entry in the exhibition catalogue, unlimited free invitations, promotion and list of visitors on CD.
Booths do not include headers. If needed you must write to the Executive Board requesting it.

Turn-key Booth Rental Package: AR$ 1,210.00 + VAT per sq meter*
The package includes booth space rental and demarcation, 2.40 m and/or 2.50 m dividing panels, carpeting (without stand), electrical outlets (1 every 2m2), 1 desk, 3 chairs, 1 low cabinet to keep brochures, electrical power supply (not motive power), standardized exhibitor signs, entry in the exhibition catalogue, unlimited free invitations, promotion and list of visitors on CD, up to 15 square meters. |

Power rate: AR$ 400.00 per exhibition kW* *
Optional services: Carpeted stand, spotlights, furniture, motive power, water supply. (Please contact the Executive Board for the supply of these and other elements).
Terms of payment: 20% down payment, equal and consecutive installments until March 1, 2013. See the Exhibitor Manual in our website.
